Colour Coded Activity Stations in The James Boyd Children's Centre

The James Boyd Children's Centre is a fresh learning space that allows us to bring our plants and programs inside. This space houses a unique collection of living plants and animals, preserved specimens and models.

Children interact with living or preserved organisms, and use technology such as a digital microscope and interactive computer programs to broaden their understanding of the natural world.

Indoor School Programs
Programs are available year round in The James Boyd Children's Centre. Each of our Kindergarten to Grade Four programs is designed to support and enhance the Ontario Ministry of Education's Science and Technology Curriculum.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT THE TBG
Amazing animals, ecological entertainment and unique natural experiences are just some of the things you'll discover at these natural themed birthday parties held in our "kid friendly" indoor learning space with pint-sized tables and chairs. It comes fully equipped with toys, games, live creatures and a staff supervisor that will help you make your child's party truely memorable.
