OWL PROWL
What could be cooler than a winter’s evening stroll through an owl’s forest home? Bring the family out to The James Boyd Children’s Centre to learn about how owls see in the dark and how they fly without sound. Dissect an owl pellet to find tiny skulls inside! Then bundle up and head out to the forest to call for owls and listen for their winter song. Adult accompaniment and registration required.

Looking for engaging programs to entertain and enrich your young child? Bring your baby or toddler and learn about easy ways to introduce your child to nature. Get outside and have a great time together. Mondays, 10 a.m.

Kick off TBG's Edible Summer on Earth Day! Connect with nature on a wild-edibles family walk through the gardens and create your own foodie fun in the children's centre.
